In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and t6com. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms are supplemented by t6com's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant supplementary document.

To open and maintain an Account on the t6com Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. 21+ t6com operates a strict minimum-age policy and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process.
• You must be physically located in a territory where accessing online betting and gaming services is not explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of each session.
• You must not be a resident of any Restricted Territory as defined by t6com, which may be updated at t6com's discretion.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of t6com or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or game suppliers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by t6com for breach of these Terms.

t6com reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the t6com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You further agree to keep this information up to date for the duration of your membership.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
• All activities conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying t6com immediately — via live chat or email to [email protected] — if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

t6com will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. t6com will never contact you to request your password.

t6com applies a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The KYC process may be initiated at any point — including before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold, or when t6com has reasonable grounds to verify your identity.

Documents that may be requested during the KYC process include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence — showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and signature.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to fund your Account, confirming ownership.
• Source of Funds Declaration: Documentation evidencing the lawful origin of funds deposited, which may be requested for high-value accounts or at t6com's discretion.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. t6com processes submitted KYC documents within two (2) business days. You will be notified by email of the outcome. Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on the t6com Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). t6com does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which t6com accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your t6com Account.
• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily limits are as published on the Platform's banking page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your Account.
• t6com reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing.

t6com reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Member's Account balance if the processing window expires without successful completion, in which case the Member may re-submit the request.

t6com offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are credited in IDR as Bonus Funds and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. t6com monitors for duplicate claim attempts and will void bonus awards and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• t6com reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if it reasonably suspects the promotion is being abused, manipulated, or exploited through coordinated play strategies, arbitrage, or any other method not consistent with genuine recreational wagering.
• By accepting any bonus, you agree that t6com's determination regarding the satisfaction of wagering requirements and eligibility conditions is final and binding.

All bets placed on the t6com Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or market. In the event of any ambiguity, t6com's trading and game management team will adjudicate, and their decision shall be final.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or payout rate displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Odds on sports markets are subject to change until the bet is accepted; the rate at confirmation is the rate that applies.
• t6com reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict access to specific markets, or decline any wager at its sole discretion, including for Members who demonstrate consistent arbitrage or odds-exploitation patterns.
• In the event of a system error, technical fault, or obvious pricing error resulting in a clearly incorrect odds display (e.g., odds that no reasonable operator would offer), t6com reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the Member's Account Balance.
• Bets on sporting events — including football (bandar bola, the term used locally for sports-betting activity), mix parlay accumulators, and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets — are settled in accordance with the official result as published by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled on the result at full time unless otherwise specified.
• Winnings from slots, live casino, and RNG table games are determined solely by the certified random number generator and are logged in the system's immutable game history. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t6com Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, including family members — each person must register their own Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any form of systematic wagering that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing t6com staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or code.
• Using the Platform if you are registered on any self-exclusion programme — including t6com's own self-exclusion tool — or if you are otherwise prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or order.

All content on the t6com Platform — including but not limited to the t6com name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game assets licensed from third-party providers, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of t6com or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from t6com.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use t6com's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of t6com's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

t6com is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information provided by Members is governed exclusively by t6com's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to t6com processing your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account administration, identity verification (KYC), and fraud prevention.
• Processing financial transactions and fulfilling withdrawal requests.
• Providing customer support and responding to enquiries.
• Complying with legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations.
• Communicating promotional offers where you have opted in to marketing communications.

t6com applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third parties. Full details of your data rights — including access, correction, deletion, and opt-out requests — are set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, t6com's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

t6com expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Losses resulting from network interruptions, telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunction on your side.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment failures, bank processing delays, or e-wallet service outages beyond t6com's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, even if t6com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, tip, prediction, or recommendation published on the Platform by t6com or third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits t6com's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

t6com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules published on the Platform.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Suspicious activity indicative of money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• A request from a competent regulatory, law enforcement, or government authority.
• t6com's decision to cease offering services in a particular territory.

Upon termination for cause, t6com reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigations, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect t6com's right to retain records as required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t6com holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through t6com's internal dispute resolution process will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally complex environment in Indonesia and that it is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws. t6com makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of those where t6com is expressly licensed to operate.

t6com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect each update.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 13.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights — such as changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus forfeiture rules, or data processing practices — t6com will endeavour to notify active Members by email at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
